Zhoushan Huafeng Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. was established in March 2017 with a registered capital of 200 million yuan. It is located in Baquan Town on the main island of Zhoushan, covering an area of 687 mu and having a coastline of 1,728 meters. It has two dry docks and five berths. Its wholly-owned subsidiary, Daishan Huafeng Shipbuilding and Repair Co., Ltd., was established in April 2020 with a registered capital of 300 million yuan. It is located in Daishi Town, Daishan County, covering an area of 514 mu and equipped with two dry docks and seven berths. The total number of employees of the two companies is 7,000 (including affiliated companies), and the total length of berths is 2,848 meters (the length of berths can reach 3,500 meters after the overall planning is completed).
