Through prior recommendation and selection, the Hull Supervision Office of Zhoushan Huafeng Shipbuilding & Repair Co., Ltd. is delighted to receive the "Zhejiang Provincial Worker Pioneer" honor.
The Hull Supervision Office of Zhoushan Huafeng Shipbuilding & Repair Co., Ltd. was established in March 2017. It currently has more than 20 key backbone members, all holding associate degrees or above, making it a young, highly educated, and strongly execution-oriented professional technical team. In recent years, the team has anchored the goal of "efficient ship repair and lean management," deeply engaged in the frontline of ship repair, and emerged as the "vanguard" of enterprise development with solid strength. It has won high praise from shipowners through proactive service and established a strong brand image for the company.
As the core work area for the company's ship repair business, members of the Hull Supervision Office fight year-round at the forefront of production. Faced with challenges such as complex vessel types, heavy workloads, and rising difficulty levels, the team has focused on production pain points, overcome multiple technical and technological problems, optimized construction processes, innovated operation modes, and effectively shortened the hull docking repair cycle. In 2025, it helped the company's Baiquan Base complete the repair of more than 280 vessels, with an output value exceeding 1.5 billion yuan. Meanwhile, the team strictly controls quality and safety risks, implements on-site standardized management, taps the potential for cost reduction and efficiency enhancement, and coordinates resource utilization to maximize production efficiency.
Previously, the team had already won honors including the Zhoushan Municipal "Worker Pioneer" for 2019–2021 and the Dinghai District "Youth Civilization Unit" for 2023. Winning the "Zhejiang Provincial Worker Pioneer" this time is a full recognition of the team's down-to-earth work style and outstanding performance.
