On the morning of June 14, 2026, an activity themed "Party Building Leads to Gather Strength, Youth Empowerment Promotes Revitalization" kicked off in Xinjian Village. The activity aims to take village-enterprise co-construction as a bond, build a platform for in-depth exchanges between youth from shipbuilding enterprises and rural youth, and gradually establish a warm, cohesive, and normalized joint construction mechanism through three layers of in-depth interaction: labor practice, thematic lectures, and team co-construction.

The thematic activity was hosted by the Organization Department of the Dinghai District Party Committee, the Social Work Department of the District Party Committee, and the District Economy and Information Technology Bureau; and undertaken by the Party Committee of Ganlan Town, the General Party Branch of Xinjian Village, and the Party Branch of Zhoushan Huafeng Shipbuilding & Repair Co., Ltd.

Relevant responsible persons from the District Party Committee Organization Department, District Party Committee Social Work Department, District Economy and Information Technology Bureau, Ganlan Town, Xinjian Village, and Huafeng Shipbuilding, as well as Party building instructors for the ship and marine engineering industry chain, young Party member cadres and returning youth of Xinjian Village, and representatives of young employees of Huafeng Shipbuilding & Repair participated in the activity.

Pan Jun, Deputy Director of the Organization Department of the District Party Committee, delivered a speech. He expressed the hope that villages and enterprises would share resources, complement each other's advantages, and march forward together with one heart, so that village-enterprise co-construction activities can proceed steadily and achieve rural revitalization and common prosperity. Hao Lijin, Executive Deputy Director of the District Working Committee for the Care of the Next Generation, delivered a thematic lecture titled "Writing Regret-Free Youth with Practical Action and Responsibility," emphasizing the value and responsibility of youth as a vital force and an important source of backbone talent. Young representatives from Huafeng Shipbuilding and Xinjian Village exchanged speeches, sharing insights and expressing determination to strengthen ideological resonance.

At the Tongxin Archery Hall, the young people freely formed three teams and carried out team-building activities such as archery and "concentric joint writing." Team members held the ends of ropes attached to a giant brush without touching the brush handle, relying on tacit teamwork and unified command to jointly complete the writing task of "Village-Enterprise Co-construction, Two-Way March Toward Prosperity." The activity tested the team's communication, collaboration, execution, and tacit understanding. Everyone felt the team power of "thinking with one heart and striving with one strength" through concerted efforts, symbolizing the beautiful wish of pooling strength and jointly drawing the blueprint for village-enterprise development.

Previously, young employees of Huafeng Shipbuilding carried out a special maintenance and beautification operation on the guardrails and shopping sheds around Train Square, as well as the "Lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets" slogan on the reservoir dam, using youth power to enhance the village's landscape and safety protection.

Going forward, Huafeng Shipbuilding will continue to guide enterprise youth into Xinjian Village, allowing them to feel the pulse of grassroots work at the frontline of rural revitalization, broaden their horizons, and cultivate a sense of belonging. It will continue to leverage the professional advantages of youth, transforming technical capabilities into tangible results of rural micro-renovation, enhancing young people's recognition of practical work characterized by "oil on hands and mud on feet," and deepening village-enterprise friendship.
